I had a scheduled meeting in Metrowalk, Ortigas. Upon my arrival, I came across this site right at the smack of the parking lot, smoking with lots of food. With my love for food, it definitely aroused my curiosity.And behold, grilled, fried, roasted edible and flavorful matter ready for the taking.
The must try? Check out the Sate - Chicken or Beef with Rice - only for P75 to P85 two sticks with Rice, Sisig, and especially Antonio's Sloppy Joes and Chicken Wings, totally awesome.
There's also lots and lots of barbecue varieties from meat, chicken or milk fish, pansit malabon, noodle specialties like pansit canton up to my personal noodle favorite - Thai Pan Dan noodles, filipino desserts, cupcakes, and refreshing fruit shakes.
The food fest is only open twice a week on Fridays from 6pm until 2pm and on Saturdays from 7am to 2pm then resumes hours after from 6pm until 2am. The food fest is a bright idea of my basketball buddy, former UE Red Warriors shooter Orly Javier.
